Take time to pray

As Luke and I were in the middle of eating lunch today, he stopped, grabbed my hand and said, "pray." I was reminded by my not even two-year old to thank God for his daily provision. What a pleasant reminder!

Week at Grammy and Pappy's

The week included a lot of fun! Luke and his cousins got to play in the bird's bath, hunt eggs, take a hay ride, garden, fish, shoot hoops and ride in a car!

We also got to see our new cousins, Eli and Fiona. Fiona is pictured below. We can't wait to see them again on vacation!
Pappy planned a suprise birthday party for Grammy. Thanks Pappy and Grammy for a great week!

Easter Day

After a great church service, we spent the afternoon at Nana and Pop-pop's. We were grateful to be able to celebrate Jesus' resurrection with family.

Luke got a chance to dye Easter eggs with our neighbor, Melanie. He was not so gentle with the eggs. This is him holding the egg before he winds up to throw it.

And now for a dance break. This is Luke doing some sort of chicken dance.

Hopefully we will have better luck next year!

Hangin' with cousins

We spent the day in Reading dying eggs and playing in a park. We will have to get together again soon! We had a blast! Next time, Hans will have to come too.

Easter Egg Hunt

Luke and I went to a local church with his friends, Micah and Mya, to look for Easter eggs. Luke and Micah anticipating the hunt!

Welcome Avery!

We welcomed our newest member of our small group, Avery, on March 24th. Proud parents are Nate and Kara. I know her and the other kids are going to be great friends. Well they don't have much of a choice because they will be spending a lot of time together!
